Somehow, you can make them disappear from your body by simply not eating them any longer. In this case, you would expect your body to break down the ones already in your system. That sounds great, but it will take some time before it happens

Step 1: Drink plenty of Water and Green Tea:
Water is life! Since toxins are usually excreted together with water, drinking more water means toxins are moved faster out of the body. Make it a habit to drink water as often as possible.
Green tea contains natural substances that cleanse the liver. Be careful, some green tea contains chemicals that are not helpful in detoxification. Always buy a natural variant of green tea
Step 2: Always eat whole, natural foods
Fiber-rich foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, oatmeal and seaweed put your digestive system to work and help in detoxification. Supplements like Glutathione (a powerful antioxidant) also help the liver in performing its detoxifying functions
Step 3: Follow Lifestyle modification Tips
a) Cook yourself: When you cook organically and buy as little pre-packaged foods as possible, you significantly reduce the harmful nutrients in your diet.
b) Be careful of the foods you store in plastic containers: People who store leftovers in plastic containers and reheat them later often consume toxins released from the heated plastic. If you need to heat your food later, don’t store in plastic.
c) Reduce Alcohol intake: Alcohol stops your body from breaking down other substances.
d) Get enough Sleep
e) Quit Smoking: Tobacco contains literally thousands of toxins that are not only carcinogenic, but also disrupt cleansing processes in the body.

Ingredients:
· 400ml of water
· 2 teaspoons of cocoa
· 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
· 200g spinach (can also be frozen spinach)
· 25g Sunwarrior protein powder (natural)
· 6–8 drops of Stevia (a healthy sweetener)
· 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
· 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
Preparation: Add 400ml of water to an empty blender / mixer. Then add all other ingredients. Let it mix for about 1 minute. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
Tip : use an immersion blender instead of a blender. It is generally easier to clean.
